The following matters were taken up in Ninth District Court in Bridgton from January 8 through 14, 2010:


Michael Abdelahad, 23, of Sherburne, Mass., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for littering on Aug. 16, 2009 in Fryeburg and was fined $100.

Phillip R. Applin, 24, of East Waterboro, was found guilty of violating a civil parking ordinance on Oct. 5, 2009 in Fryeburg and was fined $25.

John Berg, 27, of Fryeburg, had a charge of domestic violence assault on Aug. 22, 2009 in Fryeburg dismissed, as a witness was unavailable.

Scott A. Berube, 42, of Parsonsfield, was found by the court to have committed the civil offense of possession of marijuana on Sept. 29, 2009 in Porter and was fined $350.

Raymond E. Boucher, 62, of West Bridgewater, Mass., was found guilty of operating an unregistered snowmobile on Jan. 1, 2010 in Bridgton and was fined $100.

Daniel Bryan, 38, of Fryeburg, had a charge of criminal mischief on Aug. 7, 2009 in Fryeburg dismissed for an unspecified reason.

Bruce S. Fadden, 59, of Bridgton, was found guilty of operating an unregistered all-terrain vehicle on Dec. 2, 2009 in Hiram and was fined $100.

Victoria L. Garofano, 41, of West Kingston, R.I., was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle after the registration was suspended on Oct. 13, 2009 in Fryeburg and was fined $150.

Bethany J. Gurney, 35, of Fryeburg, was found guilty of failure to register a motor vehicle on Nov. 12, 2009 in Fryeburg and was fined $150.

Michael L. Hatch, 49, of Fryeburg, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant on Oct. 9, 2009 in Fryeburg and was sentenced to serve seven days in the Oxford County Jail, fined $700 and had his driver's license suspended for three years.

David M. Hebert, 19, of Burlington, Mass., was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant on Aug. 21, 2009 in Fryeburg and was fined $500. Hebert was found by the court to have committed the civil offense of being a minor transporting liquor on the same date in Fryeburg and was fined $200 and had his driver's license suspended for 30 days. Hebert had a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia on the same date in Fryeburg dismissed for an unspecified reason.

Zachary E. Jackson, 21, of Fryeburg, defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for being a minor transporting liquor on July 23, 2009 in Fryeburg and was fined $200 and had his driver's license suspended for 30 days.

Kathleen C. Johnston, 31, of Glen, N.H., paid a $50 fine by waiver for a civil charge of violating a parking ordinance on Oct. 8, 2009 in Fryeburg.

Melanie A. Kamperman, 35, of Hebron, had a civil charge of violating a parking ordinance on Oct. 5, 2009 in Fryeburg dismissed for an unspecified reason.

Catherine K. Kraft-Kenney, 19, of Portland, defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for being a minor possessing liquor on Nov. 7, 2009 in Fryeburg and was fined $200.

Brian K. LaFlamme, 41, of Sanford, defaulted, or failed to appear in court, on a civil charge of violating a parking ordinance on Oct. 5, 2009 in Fryeburg and was fined $50.

Kurt E. Landry, 39, of Boxford, Mass., was found guilty of failing to comply with the Maine Sex Offender Registration Act (first offense) on June 2, 2009 in Denmark and was fined $100.

Benjamin Martineau, 20, of Portland, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while his driver's license was suspended or revoked on March 21, 2009 in Standish and was fined $250.

Cooper B. Maxwell, 20, of Fryeburg, had a charge of being a minor possessing liquor on Aug. 20, 2009 in Fryeburg filed with $100 court costs assessed.

Roger P. Morse, 46, of Hiram, had a charge of disorderly conduct on Sept. 3, 2007 in Hiram dismissed for an unspecified reason.

Julie E. Neal, 43, of Parsonsfield, had a charge of possession of marijuana on Sept. 29, 2009 in Porter dismissed for an unspecified reason.

Brennan G. Parker, 18, of Lyndonville, Vt., paid a $100 fine by waiver for being a minor transporting liquor on Nov. 6, 2009 in Fryeburg, and his driver's license was suspended for 30 days.

Janis A. Potter, 31, of Porter, had a charge of domestic violence assault on Oct. 20, 2009 in Porter filed with no court costs assessed.

Samuel Rollins, 22, of Lakewood, Colo., had a charge of possession of marijuana on Aug. 27, 2009 in Fryeburg dismissed for an unspecified reason.

Randi L. Saunders, 39, of Bridgton, had charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on Sept. 17, 2009 in Bridgton transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Jesse P. Stow, 33, of Greene, was found guilty of assault on Oct. 6, 2009 in Fryeburg and was fined $350.

Dana L. Taft, 29, of Bridgton, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while her driver's license was suspended or revoked on March 30, 2009 in Lovell and was fined $250.

Danielle M. Vailancourt, 29, of Parsonsfield, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while her driver's license was suspended or revoked on Aug. 9, 2009 in Fryeburg and was fined $250. As the result of a plea agreement, Vailancourt had a charge of unlawful use of a driver's license on the same date in Fryeburg dismissed, in exchange for her guilty plea to the charge listed above.

Dawn Wallace, 37, of Fryeburg, had charges of disorderly conduct by using offensive words and-or gestures and criminal trespass on July 5, 2009 in Fryeburg dismissed for unspecified reasons.

Charlie Wilson, 51, of South Portland, had a charge of operating a watercraft to endanger on July 4, 2009 in Standish dismissed for an unspecified reason.

Thomas W. Wood, 40, of Waltham, Mass., was found guilty of operating an unregistered snowmobile on Jan. 1, 2010 in Bridgton and was fined $100.
