What is your favorite class? CH. I love French. I love learning new languages, and about the culture. My goal is to visit France one day and be able to use what I have learned.

What is your toughest class? CH. Math is definitely my hardest class. I can’t quite understand all of the concepts, and have never been very math-minded.

How do you balance your class work and your extracurricular activities? CH. Being in Drama Club, you have a lot of time where you are just sitting around doing nothing. During those periods, I work on homework. Whatever I don’t get done, I do at home.

What is the biggest challenge high school students face today? CH. I think the biggest challenge is trying to choose between what you want to do, and what you have to do. A lot of students sign up for every sport or every club and then later realize they don’t have enough time to everything on top of schoolwork. In high school, you really have to find a balance between priorities.

Who has inspired you educationally? CH. My mom has inspired me. She always pushes me to try my hardest, and to do well in school.
