BROWNFIELD — Charlotte P. (Huntress) Perreault, 75, of Brownfield, passed away on Dec. 27, 2014. after a brief illness.
She was born July 27, 1939, to Raymond and Muriel Huntress. She graduated from Fryeburg Academy in 1957. She was married to her soulmate of 57 years, Ernest Perreault Sr. in 1958. They were married in Fryeburg. They bought and ran Perreault Market and Perreault Garage together. She carried on the family tradition of opening her home to her family and friends every Sunday. She was an avid hunter, loved fishing, and participated in many parades, riding in their 1929 Model A.
Charlotte is survived by her husband Ernest Sr. of Brownfield; three sons, Ernest Jr. and his wife April, Richard and his wife Cristan, and Ronald and his companion Linda Cole; six grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Shirley Taylor and her husband Paul of North Conway, N.H.; a sister Verona Blake and her husband Glen of Brownfield; and a brother Raymond Huntress and his wife Louise of Brownfield. She was predeceased by her parents and a sister, Gloria (Huntress) Perreault.
A private graveside service will be held in the spring.
