PORTLAND — Charles F. “Frank” Feeney, 84, of Falmouth died Sunday, Aug. 29, 2010, at St. Joseph’s Manor surrounded by his family.

He was the husband of Dorothy Mullem Feeney.

Frank was born in Portland on Sept. 2, 1925, a son of the late Charles F. and Elizabeth (Lawlor) Feeney, Sr. He attended Portland schools until his senior year of high school, during which he attended and graduated from Falmouth High School. He was a member of the Class of 1943.
