Casey Ryan Campana, 27, of Antioch, Tenn. passed away Monday, Sept. 7, 2015.

He was born on Jan. 20, 1988 in Jacksonville, Fla. and was an avid outdoorsman.

Casey graduated from Edward Little High School in Auburn in 2006. Following graduation, he served his country in the United States Marine Corps and in 2013 was Valedictorian of his graduating class at Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tenn. He was a fly fishing guide by trade and loved mountain climbing and fishing. Casey successfully climbed to the top of Mt. Rainier in Washington State twice, where he proudly displayed the Marine Corp and United States flag.

Casey is survived by his mother, Vonda Higgins of St. Petersburg, Fla.; father, Dennis Campana and step-mother Kelley Campana of Lisbon; step-sister, Whitney Ratliff of Ruskin, Fla.; grandmother, Charlene Higgins of Casco; and many loving aunts, uncles and friends.

Casey is predeceased by his grandfather, Arnold Higgins of Casco; grandfather Arthur Campana and grandmother Caroline Campana, both of Binghamton, N.Y.

The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Sept. 19, 2015 at Hall Funeral Home, 165 Quaker Ridge Road in Casco. Following the visiting hours, Casey will be laid to rest with grandfather Arnold Higgins and aunt Lauren Trombley at Lakeview Cemetery in Casco with military honors. Following the burial, all are welcome to attend a luncheon at the Casco-Naples American Legion, located at 26 Casco Road (Route 11) in Naples.
