OXFORD — Carleton James Davis of Oxford passed away on Jan. 28, 2012.

Jim loved his family and grandchildren. Jim enjoyed hunting, snowmobiling, four-wheeling and motorcycling.

He faithfully attended the Oxford Advent Church. He belonged to The Christian Motorcycling Association.

He is predeceased by his wife, Betsey Proctor Davis.

He is survived by his loving wife, Marie Twitchell Davis; children Sally Ricciardelli Davis and Douglas Davis; stepchildren Diana-Marie Howe and Stephanie Supry; his sisters Patti, Sherrie Leighton and Roxanne; his brothers Dennis, Larry and Scott Davis; and four loving grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at The Oxford Advent Church, 1130 Main Street, Oxford on Saturday, Feb. 11 at 1 p.m.
