Bruce W. Mishoe, 60

Bruce W. Mishoe, 60, of Bridgton, passed away Friday, Oct. 21, 2016, at his residence with his family at his side.

He was born in Portland on May 29, 1956, a son of Harold O. and Althea (Gray) Mishoe Sr., and graduated from Portland High School.

Bruce was a chef and had worked at Shorelands in Harrison, which was owned and operated by his mother. Later, he worked at the 99 Restaurant in Lewiston.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing and watching NASCAR. He owned a race car that raced at Oxford Plains Speedway.

He had lived in Bridgton for the last five years, moving here from Lewiston.

He leaves behind his three sons, Christopher and his wife, Brianna of Rhode Island, Casey of Farmington, and Spencer and his wife, Samantha of Bangor; a daughter, Lindsey Mishoe of Harrison; his mother of Dayton; two brothers, Richard Nest of Kentucky, and Harold Mishoe Jr. of Dayton; two sisters, Vicki Fortier of Bridgton, and Toni Harmon and her husband, Bruce of Bridgton; and three grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held at White Spirit's home, 192 No. High St., Bridgton, on Sat., Nov. 5 at 2 p.m. All friends welcome.
