CASCO — Audra L. Morton, 39, passed away on Tuesday, March 10, 2015, from complications from a Glioblastoma (brain tumor). Audra fought this tumor for seven months before it took her.

Audra was born in Bridgton, on June 7, 1975, to Carroll and Bonnie (Allen) Morton. She attended local schools, graduating in 1993. Audra then attended SMTC, and the Maine Criminal Justice Academy. She went on to work locally, writing contracts and grants. When her second daughter was born, she became a stay-at-home mom, and used her creativity to contribute to her daughters’ school and sports activities. We have all tasted Audra’s delicious brownies, cupcakes and cookies. The past several years Audra lived in Florida, Virginia and Indiana, until her illness brought her and Hannah back to Maine.

Audra is survived by her parents; daughter Heidi Jewett of Bangor; daughter Hannah Anzaldua and her dad Israel Anzaldua of Ohio; brother Carroll L. Morton; paternal grandmother Irene Morton; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was predeceased by her paternal grandfather Carroll L. Morton; maternal grandparents Rodney and Harriet Allen; and a special uncle Jeffrey Chapman.

Visiting hours will be held Saturday, March 21, from 5 to 7 p.m., at Hall Funeral Home, 165 Quaker Ridge Rd., Casco. Burial will be private at a later date.
