RAYMOND — Arnold L. Plummer, 81, of Raymond, entered into rest on Saturday, Sept. 28, 2013.

Arnold was a beloved father, stepfather and a loving “Pop” to his grandchildren. He was a kind and gentle person who enjoyed gardening, fishing and hunting in his earlier years.

Later in life, he enjoyed his travel throughout the United States. He touched the lives of many, to include his co-workers at Dielectric of Raymond, which in turn earned him the title “Dr. Plummer” of the shipping department. Arnold will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

He is survived by his daughter, Carolyn Plante of Maryland; six stepchildren; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Visiting hours will be held at Hall Funeral Home in Casco on Monday, Oct. 7, 2013, from 5 to 7 p.m. Graveside services are scheduled at the Augusta Veterans’ Cemetery on Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2013, at 1 p.m.
